Our client, a privately-owned International Manufacturing organisation, is undergoing an extensive restructuring programme that will be the platform for its future growth.

As part of this transformation, they are looking to recruit two highly ambitious and assertive Professional Accountants to be part of their international management team. Reporting to the respective Heads of Manufacturing and Distribution, with a strong dotted line to the Group Finance Director, the finance heads will be expected to add considerable commercial value to their respective functions.

Initially, extensive travel will be a requisite, with the successful candidates visiting operations in Australasia, India, US, China, South Africa and Europe in order to analyse and implement operational and process improvements. Working with the local management teams, they will ensure all business opportunities and projects are explored and exploited to enhance this expanding organisation.

The successful candidates must demonstrate significant success, both commercially and academically. They must be highly ambitious, extremely confident and have enthusiastic and infectious personalities. Extremely motivated and self-sufficient, with strong commercial acumen, they will have the talent that will allow them to be highly effective in this growing international organisation.

Qualified, with at least 2-3 years exceptional post-qualification experience, the ideal candidates will have had exposure to modern international manufacturing processes and controls, or complex international capital goods and parts distribution. The career opportunities within this organisation will be limited by the individuals’ abilities only.
