My client seeks to recruit an individual who has a proven track record of delivering large complex transformational programmes.

This is a newly created role which forms part of a successful global program and change group which is focused on delivering a large strategic portfolio. The client is a leading PLC organisation that is undergoing continued significant expansion and growth.

• Accountable for the delivery of the allocated Strategic Portfolio to cost, quality and time ensuring flawless execution and full extraction of benefits.
• Ensure appropriate governance structure, standards & controls are applied & adhered to throughout the initiative.
• Accountable for the implementing and delivering the appropriate success measure for the initiative
• Responsible for ensuring alignment of objectives and deliverables across the global businesses and ensuring leverage of best practice.
• Work in conjunction with the other functional heads to ensure alignment across the entire Business Change Program.
• To partner effectively with the business to execute on the cultural / people transformation associated with allocated initiatives ensuring alignment with the strategy.
• To be the first point of escalation within the assigned initiatives
• Accountable for the Executive stakeholder management in relation to the progress and success of the initiative
• Strong proven leadership skills
• Proven ability to deliver multi faceted, complex transformational solutions.
• Ability and presence to influence across all levels of a business optimising relationships across functions and businesses
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proven ability to lead and manage a skilled multi-disciplinary project team
• Solid, in depth project management & commercial third party management experience
• Goal orientated & strong delivery/milestone focus
• Experienced in full lifecycle project management implementation
• Strong proven leadership skills
• Proven ability to deliver multi faceted, complex transformational solutions.
