Our client is a leader in the supply of temporary and contingent permanent staff into two niche markets with a public sector focus. In any given week it has in excess of 600 placements in the market generating significant revenue and profit for its parent group through a team of over 80.

It is recognised as a valued partner by its clients but operates in an increasingly competitive market which is also characterised by a regulatory framework and the need for robust candidate assessment and vetting.

You will lead from the front, being strongly client and market facing and will support the sales process in the most direct way possible. You will also commit to becoming a thought leader in the sector, networking strongly and developing a recognised profile both personally and for the business. Internally this is a leadership role, developing best practice in sales and quality of delivery as well as creating a supportive culture to deliver these.

Your background will be in sales and delivery of quality resourcing solutions in a market with similar characteristics but you will also have experience of leadership and a track record of improving performance in others. You will be ambitious for yourself, your business and your colleagues and you will have an inclusive yet innovative style to ensure that the business remains at the forefront of its market.
