Large £500M multinational manufacturing business with key UK Government contracts is seeking an experienced and talented Client Development Manager used to managing key governmental account(s).

Being a market leader with a growing reputation for the highest possible service levels, they are used to delivering challenging long term, high value contracts with stringent SLAs. This role is therefore business critical and forms part of the Service Management Team assembled to ensure successful delivery of a high value/ long term contract awarded by the UK Government.

The Candidate:

• A track record of highly effective client relationship management within a significant, complex contractual setting with high service levels and no margin for error.
• Experience of providing contractual client support within a public sector or government context is ESSENTIAL – this could be within a high level consultancy service.
• Self motivated with drive and energy to achieve desired results under pressure and to deadline with problem solving skills, excellent prioritisation and communication skills.
• Gravitas, credibility, possessing an ability to interact and build solid relationships both internally/ externally and with key stakeholders.
