We are seeking a Group Director of Operations for Medicine to support the Clinical Director in the overall management and performance of the group. To include ensuring compliance with NHS and statutory requirements, national frameworks and be instrumental in the consistent delivery of high quality, cost effective, safe clinical services.

The leadership team structure is mirrored across each new clinical group to include; one Director of Operations, Clinical Director and Director of Nursing and AHPs.
This is a challenging, strategic and visible senior leadership role within our organisation. Working in partnership the Group will be collectively responsible for the delivery of the organisational strategy, operational planning and financial performance for its clinical services.
Central to this is to support the ongoing engagement of clinical managers in the complex management agenda including the preparation of annual business plans and the development of capacity and capability to deliver both local and national priorities.
A credible and influential leader, you will have extensive experience in a senior management role and will be able to evidence developing and managing services in a complex environment. Your first-class communication and influencing skills will have enabled a successful track record in achieving results through collaborative working, and you will have the ability to motivate and inspire people to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients.
